Shipping

• Orders ship on Mondays. Anything placed over the weekend goes out the following Monday.
• Delivery takes 7–9 business days from dispatch.
• Free standard delivery on orders over R1300.00.
• Expedited delivery, 1–3 business days: R100.00.

Standard delivery rates for PAXI and door-to-door courier are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment, so you always know the figure before you commit.

Returns

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied — for example the product is defective or damaged — you may return it to us.

• All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your package.
• Items must be new and unused, with all tags and labels attached.
• Email rebelliousclothingsaaftersales@gmail.com first to get a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase and the RMA number, and send it via PEP PAXI.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend reading PAXI’s terms before sending.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
• Choosing the wrong size or colour is not grounds for a return — please check your selection carefully before ordering, or ask us on WhatsApp first.

Return postal address: confirmed with your RMA number when you email us, so your parcel goes to the right place.
